Demonstrators At Right Nation 2010

(#RN2010, #tcot, #gop) As soon as the press got their fill, they left, but there was briefly a group of demonstrators bussed in (in Chicago Public Schools buses) to protest against the "hateful," "crazy" Republicans and conservatives. (Warner will have a picture or two of those shortly.)

Here's a shot of the group, I would have guessed 150 or so of them. Something you rarely see when liberals demonstrate, they had American flags issued to them.

Here's some typical liberal contempt: "Crazy is not a political belief."

A lot of the signs said "Stop the Hate," but others said things like "Go Home Glen," referring to featured speaker Glenn Beck. The signs seemed to alternate between "Stop the Hate," and various hateful liberal nonsense.

The speakers, during the brief time I listened, seemed to be alternating between prayers, bible-reading, and vague accusations of racism against conservatives.

Much ado about nothing.

Marathon Pundit has more!!
