I hold a BA in Economics from The University of Texas at Arlington and an Associate of Applied Science degree in Interpreting and Translating from the Community College of the Air Force. How do the liberals have academia in their pocket?
Are you kidding? Really? Have you been to a college in the last 40 years? A public school?
Quick example: UofI fired a professor for teaching his subject, after a single email from a student complaining second-hand. Why? Because he said something within the context of the topic that somebody thought homosexuals wouldn't like.
I do admire your enthusiam, it's great! Politically your arguments are simplistic and ill thought out however.
