I hold a BA in Economics from The University of Texas at Arlington and an Associate of Applied Science degree in Interpreting and Translating from the Community College of the Air Force. I am a former candidate for public office, and the charter past grand knight of a Knights of Columbus council.

The article hits the nail square on the head. Heinlein went over the top in his later years, completely alienating many of us who grew up on his writings. A real shame.
I always thought that "Starship Troopers" could still be the book to save the west from itself, if only we'd heed its message of personal responsibility.
